WHY CHOOSE US
The MEP Career Pathway Academies is recruiting adults for a new Trades Pipeline Cohort designed to help participants prepare for opportunities in construction and the building trades. This program is for adults who are interested in hands-on work, steady career growth, and a pathway toward paid apprenticeship opportunities.
ZERO-COST TRAINING
Removing financial barriers to entry, our program is free to all participants, ensuring quality MEP construction training is accessible to the entire community.
EXAM PREPARATION
Sharpen essential mathematical and technical skills required for apprenticeship entry exams, paving a direct and professional path into the union trades.
EVENING FLEXIBILITY
Designed for working adults, our evening schedule allows you to balance current employment while transitioning into the construction workforce of the future.
Our curriculum is designed to build confidence, sharpen core academic skills, and prepare students for long-term success in the construction industry.
Students who complete the Academy will develop:

HANDS-ON LEARNING
Participants will complete a basic math refresher, first aid and safety training, and a hands-on class project.
5-WEEK PROGRAM
Classes meet 2 nights per week for 3 hours per class.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Only 20 students per cohort —you'll get real attention and real training.
APPRENTICESHIP PATHWAY
Graduates earn 5-week certification that makes them eligible to apply to building trades apprenticeship programs.
$45K–$54K
Starting pay as an apprentice, plus health benefits after 6 months.
$100K+
Potential annual earnings after completing a 5-year apprenticeship.
